What We Do
At Foothill Ranch Property Management, we conduct a comprehensive inspection after tenants have been in the property for 90 days. This includes checking for unauthorized occupants, pets, and ensuring the property is clean and well-maintained. We also verify that smoke and CO alarms comply with California regulations. A detailed report, complete with photos of any issues, will be emailed to you for review, and we take immediate action to remedy any problems.
For repairs, tenants can submit requests 24/7 via our emergency hotline or tenant portal. Repairs under $500 are handled without your involvement, but we’ll always contact you for approval if the cost exceeds that amount. In emergencies, we act quickly to resolve the issue and keep you fully informed.
Additionally, we never charge upfront fees for document preparation, marketing, or tenant onboarding. We only get paid once we place a qualified tenant and receive the rent check, ensuring our commitment to your property’s success and your satisfaction.
